Black Women Invest, LLC,  your travel advisors, tour operators and subcontractors of services act only as agents for the supplier regarding your travel, whether by plane, car, motor coach, ship, railroad or other transportation mode, and shall not be liable for injury, damage, loss, additional expense, accident, delay, schedule change or other irregularity. Any of these, and other events, may occur, whether due to use of or defect in a vehicle, act of war, insurrection, civil uprising, military action, strike, weather, disaster, terrorist act, act of god, Pandemic, act of government, or other act or incident or occurrence or omission, in either the country of origin, destination, area of passage or elsewhere, or for other reason, or due to acts or default of any company or person involved in arranging the tour, or in the chain of supply. All such injury, damage, loss, additional expense, accident, delay, schedule change or other irregularity will be at your risk and cost.

REFUND POLICY: (PLEASE READ!) 

All deposits are non-refundable.

If the departure date is within 65 days, full payment is required to book your space. 

Cancellations up to 150 days before departure will receive a refund of 100% of the total amount. 

Cancellations from 150 days and up to 90 days before departure will receive a refund of 50% of the total amount. 

Cancellations from 90 days and up to 60 days before departure will receive a refund of 20% of the total amount.

Cancellations after 60 days will not receive a refund.

If two consecutive payments are missed, you will automatically be canceled from the tour and all payments made will be non-refundable.
